Bookings

Bookings can be made online through the booking system on this website, by email or by phone. A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed by the hotel.

A booking may be secured by payment card, by a deposit or by payment of the full price of the stay, depending on the rate selected. The terms of each rate are set out in the booking system and in the booking confirmation.

Prices and payment

Room rates vary according to the dates and length of stay and are shown in the booking system including VAT. City tax (50 CZK per adult per night) is included in the price for direct bookings.

Payment can be made online by payment card through a secure payment gateway, on site in cash (CZK, EUR), by payment card in CZK or by bank transfer. We may request a refundable deposit of €50 on arrival.

Cancellation policy

A booking can be cancelled free of charge no later than 7 days before the day of arrival, unless the rate states otherwise. In the event of later cancellation or a no-show, the cancellation terms of the selected rate apply, as set out in the booking system and in the booking confirmation.

For bookings of three or more rooms, cancellation terms are agreed individually; as a rule, the booking becomes non-refundable 30 days before arrival. Early departure does not entitle the guest to a refund.

Arrival and departure

The room is available on the day of arrival from 14:30 to 24:00. Later arrival or self check-in is possible by prior arrangement. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 11:00.

House rules

Guests are required to present a valid identity document on arrival. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the buildings (€100 fine); smoking is permitted in the garden. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00.

Dogs are welcome for a fee as per the price list; the owner is liable for any damage and for cleaning up after their dog. A lost key is charged at 500 CZK. Guests are fully liable for any damage to hotel property.

Pool

The pool is open in season, weather permitting, and is for the use of hotel guests only. There is no lifeguard and the pool is used at your own risk. Children may use the pool only under the supervision of an adult. The water temperature is not guaranteed.

Complaints and disputes

Please raise any complaints without undue delay, directly at reception or by email. Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
