What data we process and why
When you book and stay with us, we process your name, contact details, details of your stay and payment, and details from your identity document to the extent required by law (guest register, city tax, foreign police). The legal basis is the performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
If you write to us via the contact form, we use your details only to reply to your enquiry.
Who we share data with
We share data only with processors who help us provide our service: the WuBook booking system, the ComGate payment gateway, our website hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our email service provider. We never sell your data to anyone.
How long we keep data
We keep details of your stay for the period required by law (guest register 6 years, accounting records 10 years). Data from the contact form is deleted after 12 months at the latest.
Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary storage. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via Cookie settings in the website footer. The Google map loads only after you click.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. You can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
